Robinson Plumbing and Heating Supply Co., Inc. of 195 Broadway, Fall River was founding in May of 1954 by Rudy Robinson. Within a year he had acquired such major lines as Universal-Rundle plumbing fixtures and Utica cast-iron boilers. Within three years a new cinder block building was constructed which remained headquarters for Robinson Supply until May of 1984

In 1967 Rudy's son, Russ, joined the organization. Looking for new markets, Russ called on prospective accounts in neighboring New Bedford and Newport, RI. Since that time Russ has expanded the operation to cover Cape Cod, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Boston's South Shore areas between Framingham and Attleboro, and the State of Rhode Island.

In 1985, a new modern facility was opened, one block away from the old location. The facility encompasses 60,000 square feet and employs the latest equipment in warehouse operations. It is one of the largest and newest facilities of its kind New England

Over the years Robinson Supply has continually improved and expanded its product lines, to the point it can offer greater selection of plumbing, heating, and cooling material for residential work than any other supply house in New England. A good percentage of the lines are displayed at modern showrooms at all locations. These showrooms represent some of the best displays of bathrooms in New England.
