I wanted to email you to let you know what great service and advice I received from Kristina at your Cranston location. Earlier this year I was redoing my bathroom and visited several showrooms throughout Southern New England to see different products and I met with many different people. Surprisingly, I went to the Bath Slash Showroom in Cranston first but I felt rushed and received none of the advice/suggestions that I sorely needed (I did not meet with Kristina that day.) I went back right before my final decision to look at a few products that I liked in your showroom and I met Kristina. She was very busy that day but she spent a lot of time with me and gave me advice, asked me questions, and was a great resource for things I had not even thought of for my project. I decided to use your company for my bathroom project as soon as I met with Kristina.

Throughout the remodel I had to stop in the showroom several times and Kristina was always welcoming, pleasant and full of great information. She was so patient, kind and helpful. One day when I was there she was being yelled at by a Contractor who wanted to know why his supplies had not been delivered only to find out that the order had not been placed. The contractor continued to yell even after finding out it was his fault but Kristina never lost her cool. She even helped my contractor who could not figure out how to install the Growe shower that I purchased.

Kristina is a true asset to your company and I thought you should know this. Please note, I generally do not write thank you notes or emails giving praise - this is something extraordinary for me - but I felt you should know that you have a star performer on your team.

When planning a remodeling project, even if it's a small one, the thought of all the hassle you might have to go through can almost be enough to make you abandon a project. When I walked into Robinson, I was really excited about all the different products you had to offer. All your employees were so polite and helpful without being overbearing.

You, personally, were more than helpful and incredibly patient with my searching for just what I needed. You were great at showing me products that were what I was looking for and what I could afford. Delivery of the products was timely and your delivery person was courteous. In this day of people asking "what's customer service?" they only need to go to your showroom to find out.

I wouldn't buy bathroom products anywhere else and if I hear of anyone thinking of remodeling their bathroom, I can confidently refer them to Robinson. Thank you for an incredibly easy and wonderfully pleasant experience. My bathroom looks great!

I am writing to you regarding  "The Bath Splash Showroom" that you have at the above referenced site.
 
My wife and I, both recently retired, undertook a major remodeling of our home.  We remodeled one bathroom and added two new bathrooms.  After shopping around for several weeks, we found that the product selection and PRICE found in the showroom was unmatched.  The help we received from the showroom staff in the design, product selection, and follow-up was oustanding.  Not only did we find your staff to be very knowledgeable about all of the the products that you have available but they all took the time to fully explain each of the products so that we could make an informed decision.  In addition, we had a few minor problems with some of the merchandise that had been damaged in shipping.  The staff took immediate steps to correct the problem and replacement articles were shipped directly to us at no additional cost.
 
We will and already have recommended "The Bath Splash Showroom" at Robinson Supply Company to our friends, neighbors and relatives.  In this day and age, it is very difficult to find a company with personnel that really care.  The showroom has achieved this goal.
